Class taught by Dave Bilger
Tai Chi is an ancient martial arts discipline that helps the student learn balance and coordination. This is also a great class for students with chronic conditions such as arthritis and joint or tissue inflammation, among others. Movements are slow and detailed and follow a predictable progression.
