Adoration
One Hour, Deep Grace, Real Mission
Since the beginning of Lent, St. Philip’s Adoration program has been a shelter for hearts, a place where Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament waits, not with demands, but with love. And the Church teaches that Adoration helps the faithful “experience the liturgical celebration more fully and more fruitfully” and makes us hunger for the Eucharist. Even more, this personal encounter with Christ strengthens the Church’s mission, helping to “break down walls that separate us from honest communication between God and one another.”
Please prayerfully consider giving Jesus at least one hour of one-on-one time each week.
Monday & Wednesday: 9:30am – 6:00pm
Fri 24 hr: 9:30am – 8:00am Sat
There are 168 hours in the week. One hour is a small gift of your time, but it is a powerful act of faith, simple, faithful presence before the Lord. The Church describes adoration as a brief encounter characterized by silent prayer, and that is exactly what your hour will be: being with Christ.
