The Communications Ministry reaches the parish and our community in order to inspire, inform, and invite participation in the life of the Church through the parish bulletin, parish website, electronic communications, social media, public relations and other special projects.

  1. Download and read our Event Promotion Checklist
  2. If this is a new thing, get your idea approved. Talk to Fr. Ed.
  3. Submit a Facility Request Form
    – Use this form to reserve a room on campus or a meeting using a parish Zoom account.
  4. Submit a Communication Request Form
     – See the Event Promotion Checklist for Bulletin and Flocknote deadlines.
    – Inform the Communication Team about changes
