You want to have an event at St. Philip, now what?

Facility Request Form
Announcements & Updates Form
  1. Get your idea approved (if it is something new at St. Philip)
    – Talk to Fr. Ed and your Parish Council Representative
    – Read our Event Promotion Checklist
  2. Submit a Facility Request Form
Use this form to reserve a room on campus or a meeting using our parish Zoom account. It replaces our *Pink Sheet. The form also notifies the Communication Team about your meeting so we can start building you a campaign.
*Pink Sheets are the paper forms we use to reserve a room for meetings/events. They are still available in the Parish Office for folks who are unable to use the online Facility Request form. If you have to use a Pink Sheet, please contact the Communication Team at bulletin@stphilipfranklin.com so we can help get the word out.
  3. Keep the Communications Team informed with the Announcements & Updates Form
    – For existing events. Use it to notify the Communication Team about changes, schedule a pulpit announcement and/or a reminder in the bulletin, Flocknote, website, etc.
    – Read our Pulpit Announcement Guidelines
